2025 IAHA National Conference - Social events

The 2025 IAHA National Conference recognises the diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, the diversity of our membership, as well as interdisciplinary actions within the allied health sector. IAHA also recognises how sustained holistic, strengths-based approaches to health and wellbeing can achieve health equality for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.

The Welcome Event kicks off the 2025 IAHA National Conference providing delegates with an opportunity to connect and network in a friendly and safe interprofessional space. In addition, this event will include cultural experiences and a Welcome to Country by the Traditional Owners of the land where the conference is held.

IAHA Markets

The 2025 IAHA National Conference will be hosting our IAHA Markets at the closing event on 26 November at the Sunshine Coast Convention Centre. These markets will feature and promote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses to our delegates and the wider Community, by allowing First Nation peoples to showcase culture, in the way of displaying different items, products and the innovative ideas.
